There will be a visit to the National Museum in Cardiff on Saturday 30 November at 10 a.m. hosted by Richard Brewer. He will be showing us finds from Caerwent not often available to the public.

Numbers are limited so please register your interest with me on 01291 420745, or any of the other Trustees, as soon as possible. Members will receive priority.

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 19 November at 8:00pm in the committee room of the village hall, when the Trustees will report on progress during the year.

We congratulate our Trustee and Archivist, Mark Lewis, on his appointment as Curatorial Officer of Caerleon Museum.
