Caerwent Playing Fields Committee

Our AGM was held on Wednesday 4^th April, apart from committee members, only 2 people attended, one less than last year! So, once again, we must presume we are doing everything correct and you have no complaints!

We have new booking clerks and cleaners in the hall now, Diane & Terry Morgan, you can contact them on 01291 425635.

Thanks to Wally Wenzel for all his help over the last couple of years.

We all wish you well in your new venture.

We will also have a new treasurer from June, many thanks to Liz Wilson for all your assistance and patience over the last couple of years.

We are still waiting to hear about the planning application to extend the car park, and have applied for other grants to further improve the hall.

On April 21^st we had our first Car Boot for this year with the next one planned for May 19^th.

Our last “Night Out” on 27^th April featured the Celtic Folk music of “The Hennessys” and at the time of writing this, almost a sell out again so should be a good night.

Remember, if there is something you would like us to put on – Tell us and we will look into it.
