The Annual Caerwent Village show took place on Saturday 21st August 2010. Thank you to all the exhibitors, displays and visitors who made the effort to attend despite the weather conditions (described as wet). There where glimpses of the sun which helped to lift the atmosphere of the day. (alongside the entertaining banter of our resident Master of Ceremonies Mr. Terry Victor) Despite heavy rain at times the Zumba Dancers, Rogerstone Brass Band, Electric Fred Jazz Band (sensibly under cover), Wye Gymnasts, and Severnside Silver Dragons Marching Band entertained the crowds throughout the day. We will be publishing photo's of the day as we receive them from individuals so if you have any you would like to be displayed please send them via the Contact Us link Our thanks go out to all the individuals and companies that helped, provided raffle prizes or sponsored the event. Finally thanks to all the committee members, and volunteers who made the day possible. It should not be forgotten that these individuals undertake these events with no reward to themselves and for the benefit of the community.
